Marketing Strategy

Video Production
I've managed the social media presence of fast-growing brands, consistently delivering MoM growth in followers, engagement, and reach. My video workflow spanned both long-form and short-form content, from deep-dive product stories and behind-the-scenes narratives to punchy, scroll-stopping clips for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. Every edit was built with the algorithm in mind: hook in the first second, retention-driven pacing, and strategic CTAs. I balanced brand voice with trend awareness, ensuring each video felt authentic while optimising for discovery and conversion.
Agency Leadership
I led the marketing department at UFG, managing a diverse ecosystem of external partners - from digital agencies specialising in SEO and UX workflows to PR agencies, photographers, videographers, and paid media specialists. My role was to align these sometimes competing disciplines into a cohesive, results-driven strategy. That meant defining clear briefs, streamlining communication between teams, ensuring brand consistency across every touchpoint, and holding each partner accountable to measurable KPIs.

Project Management
I managed all marketing operations through a centralised project management system which served as the single source of truth for the entire department. From there, I integrated and tracked performance across a stack of specialised platforms: Hootsuite, Klaviyo, GA4 and Labrika for analytics, SEOspace and GSC for organic visibility, and Meta Analytics. This centralised approach meant upper management could see real-time status, campaign progress, and cross-channel results without digging across six different dashboards.
